The long strap is removable. It's a small bag made of off-white fabric and closes with a leather drawstring. It also has a small zippered pocket inside.
It is in very good condition, includes dust cover, not original.

B: Waist circumference. Circle your contour around the narrowest area of your torso, above your belly button.
C: Hip contour. Surround the widest area of your hips.
D: The length of your arm from shoulder to wrist. Measure the length with your arm slightly bent to ensure range of motion.
E: Shoulder width. Measure from shoulder to shoulder from back to ensure range of motion.
